FAQ
Before You Book
Does the package price include alcohol?
No. Standard service packages do not include the bartender purchasing alcohol. Alcohol and supplies can be discussed separately for a custom full-service quote.
How do I secure my event date?
Your date is secured after Sip Queen LLC confirms availability and the required deposit has been received.
Can I add more service time?
Yes. Additional service time is available for $25 per hour, subject to availability.
Can you create signature drinks?
Yes. Signature drink planning can be added to your event and customized around your theme, colors and preferences.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before your event for a full refund of all payments, including the 25% deposit. For cancellations 14–29 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable but additional payments are refundable. For cancellations less than 14 days before the event, all payments are non-refundable. One reschedule may be requested at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability. If Sip Queen LLC cancels, all payments will be refunded. Applicable law may require additional refund rights.
Do you travel?
Travel may be available depending on event location. Travel-related fees, if applicable, will be included in your quote.
